Welcome to the diary of Josie Birch, a newly registered nurse who is braving the outback as a graduate nurse. On this blog, I will post about the adventures, challenges, joys and happenings of life out in the Goldfields.
I type this now, just 3 days away from leaving. All my belongings are packed into boxes and the next thing on the list is to put all my belongings in the car. Already this week a few tears have been shed as the unknowns of life in an outback town of less than 500 begin to dawn. Yet, God has already been faithful to me in the unknowns that keep me up at night, and how much more will He do as I step out in faith.
What you should expect to read in these posts are… well actually you’ll probably see more photos than writing because English was never my strong point or my passion. However, you should expect that I will be brutally honest and hopefully along the way you’ll feel somewhat apart of this crazy journey.
Jos 🙂
