life returned to “normal” once I travelled back to LA. Back to work, back to cleaning and cooking and all that fun stuff.
Autumn flowers are in full bloom and the butterflies are soaking up the autumn sun (and frankly so am I!)

The beginnings of a nice sunset and the end of a job with St Johns…

Not all of life can be sunshine and rainbows. This storm came in and it was EPIC. However, that day had been particularly hard for the town and for me personally too. So as I watched the storm roll in I reflected on the sovereignty of God. Sovereign over sorrow, sovereign over trials, sovereign over joy, sovereign over creation. Resting in this because only He knows what the future holds.

It wouldn’t be the outback without a cactus!

The beginning of the sourdough journey…first loaf turned out well and I was impressed with myself heheh

Another storm…this one not quite as threatening

And then it was time to make another trip to Kalgoorlie. Living remote means lots of road trips, lots of kms on the car, lots of time spent driving….
